The Hygienists

Monica attended SUNY Farmingdale where she graduated summa cum laude with an AS degree in Dental Hygiene.  She continued her education at SUNY New Paltz in pursuit of a degree in public health.  Monica completed her degree at SUNY Empire College while raising her three children.  Monica has served in the dental community for 35 years; 20 of which were spent in periodontics and family dentistry.

Monica believes continuing education is key to bring diverse knowledge to her patients, to make them more comfortable and secure with dental experience. She specializes in "the fearful" patient.

Roxana graduated from dental school in 1998.  For the next four years she practiced dentistry in her home country of Peru.  After moving to New York in 2001, she worked as a dental assistant - assisting with oral surgery in a variety of dental offices including Windsor Dental Center.  Roxana realized at the time that she had a true love of dentistry and a desire to take her career to another level.

She returned to school to become a dental hygienist.  In 2009 she graduated from the dental hygiene program at Orange County Community College and returned to Windsor Dental Center.  In addition to being a registered dental hygienist, Roxana is also licensed to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to accommodate nervous patients.  Roxana is bilingual in Spanish which aids the office in communicating with second language patients.  During her free time, Roxana enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and two dogs. 

Fabiola  (Fabby) Juste-Tolbert, RDH

Fabiola attended Kingsborough Community College and received a degree in Liberal Arts. While attending KCC she worked as a dental assistant and later became the office manager for her sister’s dental practice for eight years. She developed a passion for dentistry within that time, and with the encouragement of her sister, she decided to pursue a dental hygiene degree. She later attended and graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2006 with a degree in Allied Health in Dental Hygiene.

Fabiola’s work background as a dental assistant and dental hygienist has supplied her with many years of experience, skills and understanding when working with people. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling.

 Donna  Demczuk, RDH 

Donna Graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry as President of her Dental Hygiene class in 2005. Her passion and drive has orchestrated her to be the recipient of numerous distinguished academic achievement awards. Her leadership skills and professionalism were honored with the prestigious “Joanne Gurenlian Leadership Award”. Donna’s 23 years of dental experience have given her the ability to connect and understand her patient’s needs. She invests in becoming a health partner with her patient to develop an appropriate plan for achieving and maintaining optimal oral health and well-being.

She has been very enthusiastic in any dental prevention programs, and oral health seminars at local facilities, hospitals and schools. At UMDNJ she was on the strategic planning student advisory group. She has also participated in oral health segments on radio shows, a dental related television commercial, print work for UMDNJ and an actor for the dental videos. She puts her heart into her work and is very passionate about her profession.

Prior to entering the world of dental hygiene Donna was a CDA, RDA for 13 years working for a prosthodontist in New Jersey specializing in full mouth reconstruction.

On a more personal note, she has recently become a grandmother for the first time and loves spending time with her family. Her enthusiasm for the outdoors leads her to hiking, biking, kayaking, camping and fishing. She is achieving a personal hiking goal of becoming a Catskill 35er and aspiring 46er! She also loves to cook, is a fitness believer, grow her own herbs, and is an extreme couponer!
